The customer register is handled confidentially.

Manual material:
Documents containing personal data are destroyed appropriately after processing.

Electronically stored data:
Only the owner of Dopamine Lab Oy, Jenna Ronkainen, has access to the system containing customer data.
The data is stored in databases protected by firewalls, passwords, and other technical safeguards. Databases and their backups are in locked facilities, and only the owner can access the data.

11. Rights of the Data Subject

11.1 Right to Access
Data subjects have the right to check their personal data stored in the register. Requests must be made in writing and signed, sent to the address in section 1. Dopamine Lab Oy will respond within one (1) week.

11.2 Right to Rectification
If there are errors in the data, the data subject can request correction by post or email to info@dopaminelab.fi, or by contacting the person listed in section 2.

11.3 Right to Object
The data subject can prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing, remote sales, and other direct marketing, as well as market and opinion research.

11.4 Right to Deletion
Data may be deleted at the request of the data subject or when the customer relationship ends.
However, some data may be retained due to bookkeeping or other mandatory legal obligations, even after the customer relationship or other basis for processing ends.
